On May 21st, students from the civil engineering program visited Al Qatami Steel. They learned about the process of forming steel from coils into hollow sections & pipes. Al Qatami Steel has been in business for more than 50 years and is renowned for its ability to manufacture steel components. The students enjoyed their trip and received memorabilia from the company staff. At the end of the trip, a group photo was taken in front of the operations in Amghara.
