Australian University (AU) recently facilitated the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching aimed specifically at Head of Departments and Center Managers within the academic division.  This professional qualification aims to strengthen individuals’ knowledge and skills in effective coaching within an organizational context.

The following Head of Departments and Center Managers have successfully completed the course:
